These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Celiac Anywhere mobile applications, the website at celiacanywhere.com, and related services (together, the "Service"), provided by Mobile Inspired Solutions LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Health & Food-Safety Disclaimer

Celiac Anywhere helps you discover and organize restaurants, food vendors, and places that may offer gluten-free options. This information is provided for general informational and convenience purposes only and is not medical, dietary, or health advice.

We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee that any restaurant, product, place, or menu item is gluten-free, safe, or free from cross-contamination, allergens, or other ingredients that may cause an adverse reaction. Listings, ratings, community suggestions, and other content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Menus, practices, ownership, and preparation methods change without notice.

You are solely responsible for your own dietary and health decisions. If you have celiac disease, a gluten sensitivity, an allergy, or any other medical condition, you must independently confirm the safety and suitability of any food or establishment — including by speaking directly with restaurant staff and consulting a qualified healthcare professional — before eating. Never rely on the Service as your sole source of information about the safety of any food.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Accounts

Some features require an account, which you may create using Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

The Service offers an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features. A free trial may be offered to new subscribers; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will begin and you will be charged.

Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by those platforms' terms in addition to these Terms. Payment is charged to your platform account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

Because billing is handled by the app stores, refunds are subject to the applicable store's refund policies, and requests must generally be made through Apple or Google. We do not store full payment card information. We may change subscription pricing or features; changes will not affect the period you have already paid for.

Community Content & Conduct

The Service lets you create and share content, such as trips, place suggestions, reviews, photos, and notes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, including making it visible to other users where you choose to share it.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful information
Post content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes others' rights
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data
Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent

We may, but are not obligated to, review, remove, or restrict any User Content and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without notice.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Mobile Inspired Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

Third-Party Services & Links

The Service relies on and may link to third-party services (such as Apple, Google, Firebase, mapping providers, and advertising networks). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party service or site.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information provided through it is accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Inspired Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or for any personal injury, illness, or adverse health reaction, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any content within it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or twenty U.S. dollars ($20).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Inspired Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the date above. Changes are effective immediately after being posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Mobile Inspired Solutions LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
